We’re moving everything back to Substack this coming week. This includes DelPaggio’s Newsletter and Podcast, plus three other podcasts we invite you to check out. There links will be in the menu above. At least that’s the plan.
Below under all of this are two podcasts episodes we failed to upload here from DelPaggio’s. We weren’t thinking when we posted these on Spotify, forgetting we had to post them here.

This is an old blog title we wrote for years about finding something to laugh about when health issues hit. It doesn’t make light of health issues as much as try and help you find a better way to deal with them personally, emotionally, and psychologically when they happen.
What’s Up California:
This podcast is taking off from the newsletter we had on here Your Golden State, except that it takes on topics I find confusing, weird or funny being from the East Coast and relating it all to the West Coast.
